How to eliminate P1 error in Ferroli air conditioning?

- Description: High temperature protection – High pressure protection
- Cause:
- Solution: If the device is working in heat or ACS mode, check: – The water flow is low and therefore the water temperature is too high. It could be due to the presence of air in the circuit (if necessary, purge the system) or to load losses too high (increase the pump speed). – The water pressure is less than 1 bar, fill the installation of water and bring the pressure to at least 1 bar. – Excessive cooling load. Remove the device with the amount of refrigerant indicated in the plate. – The expansion valve is blocked or does not work due to the absence of connection between the device card and the valve. Try to unlock the valve giving light blows to the valve body, then plug and unplug the connector several times checking its correct installation. If the device is operating in ACS mode, check: – The SERPENTINE of the ACS deposit has a surface lower than the minimum allowed (consult the section technical data and benefits). If the device is working in cold mode, check: – That the panels that protect the battery during transport have not been removed. – Dirty or obstructed battery for folios of paper, plastic, leaves, etc. Remove possible external objects and clean the battery (also consult the Security and Maintenance section).
