- Description: Compressor Protection Module – Protection Module
- Cause:
- Solution: 1. The power voltage of the device is low, verify that the feeding voltage is adjusted to the planned limits. 2. In case of installing several devices, the space between them is too small and does not allow the correct cooling of the module. Increase the space between devices. 3. Dirty or obstructed by folios of paper, plastic, leaves, etc. Remove possible external objects and clean the battery (also consult the Security and Maintenance section). 4. The fan does not work correctly. Check that the engine is not damaged or that the fan is not broken, replace the engine and/or fan. 5. Excessive cooling load. Remove the device with the amount of refrigerant indicated in the plate. 6. The water flow is low and therefore the water temperature is too high. It could be due to the presence of air in the circuit (if necessary, purge the system) or to load losses too high (increase the pump speed). 7. Loose T1 temperature probe, connect it correctly or replace it. 8. The ACS deposit serpentin has a surface lower than the minimum allowed (consult the technical data and benefits section). 9. Check that it is applied and that the conductive paste is not dried in the heat heat of the module. If necessary, remove dry pasta and apply good quality conductive paste. 10. Examine the wiring of the module connection cables. If necessary, tighten the screws and/or connect the cables again. 11. Driver Failed Card, replace the Driver card. 12. If you are not any of the previous possible causes, the compressor is probably damaged, replace the compressor.
