Codes such as E18 and other alerts linked to the water supply often appear when the tap is closed, the hose is kinked or the small inlet filter is blocked. Before restarting the program, check that the shutoff valve is fully open and that the hose is not crushed against the wall. Insufficient water pressure can also prevent the cycle from starting, even when the appliance has power.

Code E24 is frequently associated with drainage problems. Water may remain at the bottom because the drain hose is bent, the siphon connection is blocked or the pump contains food scraps, glass or other small objects.
